With Soldo, you can set up low balance alerts for any wallet. When an alert is active, we'll automatically send an email to the selected users if the wallet balance drops below the amount you’ve set. This helps you stay informed and top up the wallet in time.

You can set up alerts on:

  • Main wallets
  • Company wallets
  • User wallets
  • Reserved wallets

When you activate low balance alerts, you can choose who receives the notifications. You can select any user in your Soldo account — from admins and budget owners to individual users. You’re not limited to one person, so you can notify several people at once to make sure the right team members are always informed.

If you're a Plus or Unlimited customer using multiple currencies, you'll also be able to set up different alerts for each currency, just select the currency you want to configure from the Alerts tab.
