If your Soldo card balance is running low and you need to make a purchase, you can easily request more funds from your company. You can do this from either the web app or the mobile app.
Requesting funds in the web app
- From the navigation menu, select Requests.
- Select Create request and choose Add funds to my card.
- Fill in the reason and the amount you’re requesting.
- If your company uses multiple currencies, select the correct currency for the card you're requesting funds for.
- If you've been assigned multiple cards, select the card you're requesting funds for from the dropdown.
- Click Send request
After sending the request, an email notification will be sent to your approver to let them know you've requested additional funds.
Requesting funds in the mobile app
- Tap Cards from the bottom menu.
- Choose the card you want to request funds for.
- Tap Request funds.
- Choose the request type e.g. "Funds".
- Fill in the reason and the amount you’re requesting.
- Tap Send request
After sending the request, an email notification will be sent to your approver to let them know you've requested additional funds.
What happens after I send my request?
Once your request is submitted, your company’s assigned approver will receive a notification and review it. If approved, the requested amount will be transferred to your Soldo card or wallet.
