It’s possible to report a lost, stolen, or broken card and replace it in both the web console and the mobile app.
Web console
A company's admin can report a lost/stolen or broken card in the web console:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Users
- Select the user who the card is assigned to and click on Cards
- Select the relevant card, then Report Card, and finally Lost & Stolen or Broken
If the card has been found after it has been reported lost/stolen or broken, the admin can reactivate the card:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Users
- Select the user whose card you want to reactivate and click on Cards
- Select the relevant card, and then click on Reactivate
If the card needs replacing, the admin can also order a card from the web console:
- Login to the web console at: manage.soldo.com
- Click on Users
- Select the relevant user, click on Cards
- Select a card, and click on Remove
- Click on Cards, select Create card
- Assign the newly created card to the user and order it when finished
Mobile app
If you think your card has been used fraudulently, we’ll work together to investigate and resolve the situation promptly.
Users can instantly lock a card in the mobile app, to render it unusable immediately:
- Log into the mobile app
- Click on Cards and click on the lock button to lock the card

Once a card has been removed, the card will never be able to be used again from that moment. You will then be able to select Order New.
