You’ve always been able to review expenses in the Soldo Web App. Now, we’ve added the Expense review feature to the Soldo Mobile app so you can review expenses on the go, from anywhere. You can effortlessly review and approve or reject transactions as they happen, seamlessly integrating with your accounting software and simplifying your month-end processes. This saves you valuable time so you can be more productive.
How do I start using the Expense review feature in the Soldo Mobile App?
If you’re a SuperAdmin, Admin or Approver, getting started with the Expense review feature in the Soldo Mobile App is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- If you haven’t done so already, download the Soldo Mobile App from your device's app store (IOS/Android)
- If you’ve already downloaded the mobile app, update it to the latest version
- Log in to the mobile app using your Soldo account credentials
- Once logged in, go to the ‘Expense review’ tab
- From there, you can effortlessly manage and approve expenses on the go
I‘m a User, why can’t I see the ‘Expense review’ tab in my Soldo Mobile App?
As a User, you won’t have the ‘Expense review’ tab in your mobile app. This feature is only visible to your company’s chosen Approvers (those responsible for reviewing and approving expenses). All of your transactions made using your Soldo card will instantly be visible to your approver in the ‘Expense review’ tab of their mobile app.
I‘m a Super Admin, Admin or Approver, why can’t I see the ‘Expense review’ tab in my Soldo Mobile App?
If you're a Super Admin, Admin or Approver and you can’t see the ‘Expense review’ tab in your Soldo Mobile App, this is likely due to one of these reasons:
- You need to update your mobile app to the latest version. Once you’ve done this, simply log in and the ‘Expense review’ tab will be visible.
- You need to activate the ‘Expense review’ feature in the Soldo Web App.
The feature can only be activated by a Super Admin or Admin by following these steps:
- Log in to the web app.
- Activate the feature by clicking on 'Expenses' in the left sidebar menu, and then selecting 'Expense review'.
- Update your mobile app to the latest version and advise your chosen Approvers to do the same.
- Once done, the ‘Expense review’ tab will seamlessly appear in the mobile app.
