How to recognise a communication from Soldo.

Scamming and phishing attempts are on the rise across all online industries. To put your mind at ease when hearing from us, we wanted to remind you how we communication and request information from you.

Soldo will:

  • Only reach out to you via email ending in @soldo.com
  • Send an SMS only in the following scenarios:
    • When you register a new user or a new device using the 2-factor verification process
    • To approve your online payments (3D Secure)
    • To support you with your initial account set-up

Soldo won't:

  • Contact you via online chat or call asking for your financial or personal information (e.g. Soldo card number or any other personally identifiable information)
  • Send emails asking for your financial information (e.g. Soldo card number)
