Deactivating a user is particularly helpful from an administrative perspective, as it allows you to create all of your users but prevent access to cards or the mobile/web apps. You can reactivate a user at any time.
When you deactivate a user, they will automatically become inactive.
How to deactivate a user
1. Login to the web app at manage.soldo.com.
2. From the left-side menu, select Users.
3. Select the user who you want to deactivate.
4. Select more options, then Deactivate User.
5. Confirm by selecting Deactivate user.
After deactivating, you may need to adjust your filters to display both active and inactive users.
How to display active and inactive users
1. From the User section, select the status dropdown.
2. Select the check box next to the Inactive option.
Inactive users will displayed with an Inactive badge alongside their name.
