How to view your card details for online purchases

Unlimited Plan Plus Plan Standard Plan

You can view your Soldo card details at any time in the web or mobile app. This includes your:

  • 16-digit card number (PAN)
  • 3-digit security code (CVC)
  • Card expiry date
  • Billing address
  • VAT number
Important: For your security, you’ll need to complete a verification step before you can view your card details. We’ll also send an email notification each time you do this.

View your card details in the web app

Who: All cardholders.
  1. From the navigation menu, select Cards.
  2. Select your card.
  3. Click the Card details icon.
  4. Select View card details.
Important: You'll need to confirm your identity by completing Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete this.
  1. Your card details will appear in a window.

View your card details in the mobile app

Who: All cardholders.
  1. Tap Cards from the bottom menu.
  2. Select your card.
  3. Tap Card info, then View card number, CVC & more.
Important: You'll need to confirm your identity by completing Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). Follow the on-screen prompts to complete this.
  1. Your card details will be shown securely.
Tip: You can copy the card number to your clipboard for one minute. This can save you time when making online purchases. There's no need to manually type in the card number and risk errors.
