In essence, Saved views are saved reporting templates with the added benefit of real-time data visibility. With Saved views, you can save time and effort by preserving your preferred filters, column order, and layout for future use. If you’ve ever spent time filtering data and setting up a layout to prepare a report, Saved views removes the need to start from the beginning each time. Now, you can simply select the view you’ve saved and continue with the rest of your tasks.
You can create multiple views for different types of reports or tasks and switch between them with ease. Each view always shows real-time data, so you can apply extra filters if you need to and know you're working with the most up-to-date information.
It’s available in the Reports > Transactions section to customers on our Plus and Unlimited plans.
If you’re on one of our Standard plans, you’ll still see the Saved view options but you’ll be informed of your upgrade options when you try to use the feature.

FAQs
What happens if I don’t save my changes?
If you navigate away from a view without saving, changes will be lost. You can switch between views and return to save, but once you leave the Reports > Transactions section, unsaved changes will disappear.
Can I apply filters without saving?
Absolutely. You can use a Saved view as a base and apply ad hoc filters without saving. Perfect when you need a quick look at different data without changing your default setup.
