Save a view
When you create a new view or duplicate an existing view you’ll need to save any changes you make to filter settings or layout if you want to preserve these for later. If you navigate away from the Reports section without saving your changes, you’ll not be able to recover these changes and your view will remember the last saved state.
Note: You’ll only have the option to save a view when you’ve got unsaved changes (indicated by a notification dot next to the view name).
-
Select the dropdown next to the view name.
- Select Save changes.
Switch views
You can create up to 15 different Saved views, giving you the flexibility to create multiple reports for any task. You can seamlessly switch between different views by selecting the relevant tab.
When you’re working with many views, you may need to select the dropdown next to the final tab to all the available Saved views.
Rename a view
When you’re working with multiple views, you’ll probably want to give them a name that’s easy to remember and that represents the data in your report. With Saved views, we’ll automatically add a default name when you create a new view or duplicate a view but you can easily update the name.
Note: The default “All transaction” view can’t be renamed. You’ll be able to rename any new or duplicate views you create.
-
Select the dropdown next to the view name.
-
Enter the new name and press Enter on the keyboard or select outside the field.
Tip: You can rename your views at any time. Just follow the same steps described above.
Delete a view
Note: The default “All transaction” view can’t be deleted. You’ll be able to delete any new or duplicate views you create.
-
Select the dropdown next to the view name.
- Select Delete.
- Select Yes, Delete to confirm.
Note: Deleting a view is permanent. You won’t be able to recover the Saved view once you delete it.
Reset a view
You can reset a view back to the last saved state with the click of a button. You may want to do this if you’re working with a saved view and you’ve applied additional filters temporarily and you want to return to the last saved state.
Note: You’ll only have the option to reset a view when you’ve got unsaved changes.
-
Select the dropdown next to the view name.
- Select Reset to Default.
Download data from a view
With Saved views, you can download your data just like before but with the added benefit of being specific to each view. This means that when you download your data, it will reflect any filters or layouts you’ve applied in the current view.
- Navigate to any view by selecting the tab.
- Select the download icon.
