When you invite users to Soldo or assign a role that requires an identity check, you'll be able to check and keep track of the Identity verification status.
Note: To do this, you'll need to log in with a role that has the correct permissions to view users and user information.
Check Identity verification status
- Log in to the web app.
- Navigate to the Users section.
- Select the column settings icon, enable the ID verification toggle and apply the settings.
- You'll now be able to see the Identity verification status for your users.
Tip: The default status is Not required. If a user is required to complete an identity check, you'll see one of these statuses:
- Pending - the user has not yet completed the ID verification.
- In review - the user has completed the ID verification and is being reviewed.
- Completed - ID verification has been completed.
- Failed - ID verification has failed. The Super admin should contact Soldo.
- Pending - the user has not yet completed the ID verification.
- In review - the user has completed the ID verification and is being reviewed.
- Completed - ID verification has been completed.
- Failed - ID verification has failed. The Super admin should contact Soldo.
- You can also filter your users by the ID verification status by selecting the ID verification filter dropdown.
