I’ve already completed an identity check, why am I being asked to complete another?

We have categorised the identity check into 2 main levels:

If you’re being asked to complete another identity check, it’s likely that you’ve been assigned an additional role or extra permissions that require a different level of identity check than you’ve already completed.

For example, this may happen when:

  • You’ve been assigned a Custom role with additional permissions that requires you to complete an Advanced identity check.
  • You’ve been given access to another Soldo account.

You’ll still be able to log in and use Soldo in the same way as you did before but you won’t be able to switch to the role or account that requires the Advanced identity check until you’ve verified your identity.
