What happens when I have completed the identity verification check?

When you've completed the identity verification check, we’ll review all of the information you’ve provided and try to confirm your identity. When confirmed, you’ll be able to log in or continue using Soldo.

Confirming your identity can take as little as 30 seconds but, in some cases, it can take up to 48 hours. If you try to log in or switch to a different role where the identity verification is not yet complete, we’ll let you know that we’re still reviewing your identity.
