When you create a new plastic card, you'll be able to choose where you want the card delivered. By default, we'll deliver the card to your default company address unless you select a different option.
You can add multiple company addresses to your account and you'll be able to select the shipping address when you create a card. This is useful if your company has more than one location and you need to ship cards directly to that location.

You can also choose to have a card delivered directly to a user, instead of shipping it to a company address. For more information on shipping cards directly to a user, see this article.
Manage your default delivery address
You can manage your default delivery address from the Account info section. Here, you'll be able to update your address at any time or add and delete other addresses.
Note: It's important to make sure your default address is entered correctly. By default, we'll use this address for the shipment of plastic cards unless you choose otherwise.
- Log in to the web app as a Super admin or Admin.
- From the left-side menu, select Account info.
- Select the Company addresses tab.
Tip: Your default address will be clearly marked with the "Default" badge.
- To make changes to your address, select the three dots (more options) and then select Edit address details.

Enter or update your address details.
You'll be able to enter your address manually, or search for an address. To search for an address, select Search for an address. Our address search is powered by Google. You'll be able to start typing your address and we'll find the match. Just be sure to select the correct country from the dropdown. - When you've made your changes, select Confirm.
Add a company address
If you have more than 1 location, you may want to add multiple company addresses to your account. You'll be able to select any of these as a shipment address when creating plastic cards.
- Log in to the web app as a Super admin or Admin.
- From the left-side menu, select Account info.
- Select the Company addresses tab.
- Select Add company address.

Enter the recipient name or company name.

Select the country from the dropdown.
- Start typing the address and our Google powered address search will find a match. If you prefer to enter the address manually, select Enter manually.
- When you have entered the address details and confirmed everything's correct, select Save address.
Set your default company address
The default company address will be used as the shipment address for your plastic card orders unless you select an alternative address. You can choose any company address on your account as the default address.
Important: If you choose to update your default address, any cards linked to the previous default address will remain linked. They won't be updated to the newly selected default address. If you need to update a delivery address for an existing card, refer to this article.
- Log in to the web app as a Super admin or Admin.
- From the left-side menu, select Account info.
- Select the Company addresses tab.
Tip: Your current default address will be clearly marked with the "Default" badge.
- To select a different address as the default, select the three dots (more options) and then select Make default.
- Select Yes, make default.
Tip: You'll also be able to set an address as the default when adding an address. Simply select the checkbox Make default address.
Delete a company address
- Log in to the web app as a Super admin or Admin.
- From the left-side menu, select Account info.
- Select the Company addresses tab.

Select the three dots (more options) and then select Delete address.
- Select Yes, delete address.
Note: You won't be able to delete a default address. You'll need to select a new default address before you're able to delete.
What happens if I delete an address that my cards are linked to?
If you delete an address that's linked to any cards, those cards will automatically be assigned your default company address. Before you confirm the deletion, we'll let you know what's going to happen and how many cards will be affected before any changes are made.

- Optional: Select the cards you want to link to this new address, then click Confirm. This will update the delivery address for plastic cards.
- If you don't want to link any cards just yet, click on Save address without linking cards.
