If you manage multiple cards, keeping track of expiry dates and delivery addresses can become time-consuming.
With Soldo, it’s easy to view which cards are about to expire and check where they’ll be sent. This helps you stay confident that cards will always reach the right person, especially if your company operates across different sites or sends cards directly to users.
Reviewing delivery addresses also gives you the chance to update them before a card is shipped—so nothing goes missing.
How to view cards that are due to expire
- Log in to the Soldo Web app.
- From the left-side menu, select Cards.
Note: If you have any cards that are due to expire in the next 60 days, you'll see a banner at the top of the cards screen to notify you.
- Select the Expiring filter dropdown.
Tip: By default, the filter is set to show cards expiring within 60 days. You can change this if you need to. Follow this helpful guide to find out how.
- Select Apply.
- You'll now see a list of cards expiring in the next 60 days.
Tip: To find out where the cards will be delivered, you can toggle the address column for the cards table. Follow the steps below to find out how.
- Select the column options icon.
- Select the toggle for Delivery address.
- You'll now see a list of cards due to expire in 60 days along with their delivery address.
- If you have many expiring cards, you may find it easier to download the data for bulk review. To do this, select the download icon.

View cards expiring in the future
- Log in to the Soldo Web app.
- From the left-side menu, select Cards.
- Select the Expiring filter dropdown.
- You'll be able to select 1 of our ready-made filters:
- Within 60 days
- Within 6 months
- Within 1 year
- Or, for more flexibility, you can choose a custom range using the calendar picker.
- When you have made your choice, select Apply to view the expiring cards.
