You can quickly view the available balance on your Soldo card using the web or mobile app. This helps you know exactly how much is available to spend before you make a purchase.
In the web app
Who: All cardholders.
- From the navigation menu, select Cards.
Tip: The balance is shown next to each card in the list,
unless your table settings have hidden that column.
- Select your card from the list
- Your available balance will be shown in the top section of the card overview screen.
In the mobile app
Who: All cardholders.
- Tap Cards from the bottom menu.
- Your balance will be displayed next to each card in the list. Alternatively, select your card to see the available balance on the next screen.
What does “Available balance” mean?
The available balance is the total amount you can currently spend. It already takes into account any transactions that have been authorised but are not yet settled.
Note: If your card is blocked, frozen, or restricted by
spending rules, this may affect your ability to spend even if a balance is
shown.
Need more funds to make a purchase?
If your available balance is too low and you need to make a work-related purchase, you can request more funds directly in the Soldo web and mobile apps. This sends a request to your manager or admin, who can review, approve, and transfer the funds to your cards connected wallet.
