Understanding the Dashboard

The Dashboard in Soldo is your central hub for tracking company activity, balances, and spend. It helps Super admins and Admins stay informed, spot trends, and take action.

There are two dedicated pages within the Dashboard section:

  • Overview – your main dashboard with key stats and visual spending insights.
  • Financial details – a deeper view into account and wallet-level balances.

Where to find it

You can access the Dashboard from the main navigation menu in the web app - Dashboard > Overview.

What the Dashboard helps you do

Each page in the Dashboard is designed to answer key questions:

  • Where is company money being spent?
  • Who are the top spenders or most active users?
  • How are funds distributed across wallets?
  • Are there any trends or anomalies to investigate?

With quick access to headline stats, financial breakdowns, and visual reports, the Dashboard makes it easier to monitor activity and guide decisions across your business.

Multi-currency visibility

If you’re on a Plus or Unlimited plan with multiple currencies enabled, you can toggle between currencies on both pages. Only one currency can be viewed at a time.
