How do I delete a user?

Before you can delete a user, you'll need to complete the following:

  1. Remove all of the user's cards. You'll first need to make sure that all of the transactions made using those cards are settled. (For more on that, see How do I delete a card?)
  2. Transfer any remaining funds out of the wallet.
  3. Cancel any automatic transfers that are set up for the wallet.
  4. If the user has been set as a reviewer in a request process or expense review process, you'll also need to remove them from here. For more information, see the suggested articles below:

All done? You can now delete the user. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Users.
  2. Select the user whose account you're deleting.
  3. From the User screen, select the three dots in the top right corner.
  4. Select Delete User from the options, then select Yes, delete to confirm that you wish to remove the user.

Note: Removing a user is irreversible. If you change your mind after removing them, you'll need to set them up again as a new user.
