How to change your Soldo card PIN

Unlimited Plan Plus Plan Standard Plan

You can change the PIN for your Soldo plastic card at most ATMs in the UK, as long as the ATM supports PIN change services for cards from other providers.

Steps to change your PIN at an ATM

  1. Insert your Soldo card into the ATM.
  2. Enter your current PIN.
  3. Select PIN services or Change PIN from the menu.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to choose a new PIN.

Your new PIN will take effect immediately and can be used for purchases or cash withdrawals.

Can I change my PIN in the Soldo app?

No. PIN changes can only be made at a supported UK ATM.
