To reset your password for the web app, contact your company administrator. When your password has been reset, you'll receive an email with a new temporary password. We'll ask you to create a new password when you log in.
Your password is an important layer of security. Choose something strong and unique, and never share it with anyone. This helps keep your account safe and ensures only you can access it. If you ever suspect someone else knows your password, reset it immediately.
If you're a Soldo administrator:
If you're the administrator, you can reset the web app password for any of your users by following this guide.
Reset the password for a user in the web app
- Log in to the web app: manage.soldo.com as a Super admin or Admin.
- Select Users from the left-side menu.
- Select the User.
- Select the Information tab.
- In the Device access section, select Reset web credentials.

In the pop-up, select Confirm.
Important: For additional security, you'll need to complete Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). You can complete this using the Soldo mobile app.Once you've completed these steps, the user will receive a temporary password via email.

- Log in to the mobile app.

Tap Account from the bottom navigation menu.
Note: Make sure that you're logged in with a Super admin or Admin role. If you're not sure how to switch roles, see this article: How do I switch roles in the web and mobile app? - Tap on Users.
- Choose a user from the list.
- Tap on Reset web console password.

Tap Confirm.
Once you've completed these steps, the user will receive a temporary password via email.

Who: Super admin, Admin, Limited admin, Leader
- Log in to the web app.
- From the navigation menu, select Users.
- Select a User from the list.
- Select the Information tab.
- In the Device access section, select the Credentials dropdown, then choose Reset & send web credentials.
