Xero is one of the leading providers of cloud-based accounting software, supporting small businesses and larger partners across the globe. With Soldo’s Xero integration, you can export transactions made on Soldo cards directly to Xero.
In the Soldo mobile app, users can enrich transactions by photographing receipts and incorporating Xero expense categories, tax codes, tracking codes, and custom fields. This enhanced data is then exported to Xero along with the transaction.
The integration syncs basic data (i.e., the Soldo bank feed, known as the left side in Xero) to Xero on a daily basis. For instructions on syncing the bank feed, see: How do I export a bank feed (left side in Xero) from Soldo to Xero?
The integration also imports your categories, tax rates, and other tracking categories from Xero. This enriches your transaction metadata before exports to Xero (i.e., the right side in Xero). For more details on this process, see: How do I export my transactions’ metadata to Xero (right side in Xero)?
To ensure a secure integration, Soldo uses Xero’s OAuth2.0 authentication, which generates revocable, non-expiring tokens for integration clients.
