You can monitor user spending in Soldo in a few different ways. The Dashboard gives you a real-time overview of company-wide activity, while each user’s details page helps you check individual spending and transaction history. Together, these tools help you stay on top of how money is being used, spot issues early, and keep your spending policy on track.
Monitor spending through the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the fastest way to see overall spending patterns and identify which users are spending the most. It updates in real time and helps you investigate trends without exporting data.
- Highest-spend users chart shows who is spending the most across your account.
- Total spend and Category charts help you understand spending behaviour at a glance.
- Top merchants can highlight unusual or unexpected activity from specific users.
Select Dashboard > Overview in the web app to access these charts.
