If you enter the wrong PIN three times when using your Soldo plastic card, for example, during a chip & PIN payment or ATM withdrawal, the card will automatically be locked for security reasons.
How to unlock your card when it's PIN blocked
If your card is locked due to too many incorrect PIN attempts, please contact our support team: businesssupport@soldo.com
We’ll verify your details and unlock the card remotely. Once unlocked, your card will be ready to use again.
How can I prevent this?
If you've forgotten your PIN, you can view it securely in the Soldo mobile or web app.
If you're unable to access the web or mobile apps for any reason, your Soldo administrator can send you a PIN reminder by SMS. You'll need to reach out to them directly and let them know that you need a PIN reminder. Your administrator can then follow this guide to send the reminder.
