We’ve made it even easier for you to unblock your card directly from the Soldo mobile app or web app.

Unblock your card from the approval centre
Before deciding to unblock your card, always review the transaction(s) that triggered the card to be blocked.
- Log in to the mobile app
- Select Account from the main menu
- Go to the Approvals centre
- Review the request
Note: The request is available in the Approvals centre for 24 hours.
- Selecting Yes will immediately unblock your card.
- Selecting No will keep the card blocked and the request will be dismissed from the Approvals centre. You can still unblock the card later by following the guide below.

I can’t find the blocked card request in the Approval centre.
When your card is blocked due to suspicious activity, the transaction is declined and a temporary block is placed on your card. You will receive 2 notifications to your registered mobile device and a request will be added to the Approval centre for 24 hours. If you have not reviewed the request within 24 hours, the request is dismissed and the card remains blocked. You can still unblock the card from the mobile app or web app.
Unblock your card using the mobile app
- Log in to the mobile app
- Go to Cards
- Select the blocked card
- From here, you can select the notification to view the transaction that triggered the block.
- You can choose to keep the card blocked or unblock the card.

- Log in to the web app
- Go to Cards
- Select the blocked card
- Select View transaction from the notification banner
- You can choose to keep the card blocked or unblock the card.
